Sarah holds a Bachelor of Law degree and has a vast knowledge of the intricate workings of TCC through her previous role as Secretary of the centre committee as well as a parent of children attending the Centre. Sarah’s prior experience working as a solicitor and a political advisor are a real asset to the TCC team.
Lauren Flavel holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and is currently completing a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through TAFE NSW, qualifying her as an Early Childhood Teacher under ACECQA guidelines. Lauren is an experienced School Teacher having worked at Tullamore Central School and Trundle Central School, as well as a Special Education Teacher at Parkes High School. As Educational Leader Lauren works to mentor staff and ensure of centre is providing the best level of care in line with the Early Learning Years Framework.
Ash is the room leader in the Boomer's Room on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Ash holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and her main focus is school readiness. Ash is also currently studying a Bachelor's Degree Early Childhood Education. Since starting here in January 2022, Ash has made vast improvements in the 3-5 year old space, in particular their transition to school. Ash believes in positive reinforcement and providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children.
Ashleigh Farrar
Lead Educator
Ash is the room leader in the "Joey's Room" at TCC. Ash is very well-known to all the children at TCC.
Ash holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care and is currently studying her Diploma. Since starting here in January 2022, Ash has discovered a real passion for Early Childhood Education and is enjoying learning more each day through her studies and through interactions with children. Ash believes in building positive and loving relationships with the Joey's and using routines and play to aid their development.
Kayleen Whiley
Admin/Educator
Kayleen holds her Certificate III in Children’s Services & a Certificate in Multilit. Kayleen has 10 years experience in working with children and their education. Kayleen is passionate in caring for children. She works to provide a stimulating and fun environment for the children. Kayleen's strength for the team is her art and craft abilities to provide a variety of sensory and stimulating creative activities.
Meg O'Toole
Educator
Meg commenced her role here in 2022 and quickly became an invaluable member of our team. Meg has new ideas every day and provides innovative experiences for children in the Joey's room. She has an artistic flair which she brings to her role at TCC.
Meg is calm and patient with the children and they adore her. She holds a Certificate III.

Kristy Sunderland
Educator
Kristy holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Kristy is a valuable member of the TCC team and comes in each day ready to engage with the children. Kristy has spent most of her time at TCC working with in the Joey's Room and covers as Room Leader when needed. Kristy is adored by all the Joey's children. Kristy has recently commenced her Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching.
Jake Burgess

Jake comes to us from Coolah NSW and brings with him skills and knowledge from his previous role at a preschool. Jake works in the Boomers Room and is a vital member of the Boomers Room team. Jake brings energy and a calming vibe with him each day and is adored by the TCC children. Jake holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
